Information you choose to share
The contact form prepares an email using the details you enter. Form contents are not submitted to an Etchv form server by this site. Your email application handles sending; Etchv receives the information when you send your email to hello@etchv.com.
Website requests
Like other websites, page requests expose technical information such as an IP address and browser request details to the hosting provider. Hosting infrastructure may process request logs for delivery, reliability and security.
Cookies and local storage
This marketing site does not add advertising trackers, analytics scripts or marketing cookies. The interactive previews use temporary page state. Clerk provides account authentication and uses session cookies and related browser storage. Account details are processed by Clerk, and Etchv uses your user identifier to manage workspace membership. Hosting access protections and your external email application have their own privacy behavior.
How inquiries are used
Information you send to hello@etchv.com is used to respond to your inquiry and discuss the requested service. Do not include confidential images, passwords or API keys in an initial inquiry.
Product processing is separate
This website notice does not describe all processing within a customer deployment or authenticated Etchv application. Discuss the applicable service privacy notice, data-processing terms, retention and hosting arrangements before uploading customer content.
Questions and requests
Contact hello@etchv.com to ask about information you have sent, request a correction or request deletion. Include enough context to locate the correspondence without sending unnecessary personal information.
